Who we are

What we collect
- Quote form: your name, email, phone (optional), vehicle, the services you’re interested in and any notes.
- Careers and partner forms: your name, contact details, the role or partnership you’re asking about, and whatever you tell us about your experience or business.
- Launch sign-up: your email, so we can tell you when booking opens.
- Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. We use your IP briefly to rate-limit the form against spam and don’t store it with your request.
- No analytics, advertising trackers or cookies are used on this site at the moment. If that changes, this page will say so first.
How we use it
To reply to your quote, application or enquiry, schedule work and keep a record of the job and its warranty. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by our email provider (Resend).
Sharing
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run the site and email (Cloudflare, Resend), or where the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting
We keep quote emails as long as needed for the job and its warranty. Ask us and we’ll delete your details, except what we must keep for tax or legal records.
Shop
Orders on shop.torinagi.com are handled by Shopify under that site’s own privacy policy.
